BSBA Major in Human Resource Management

The BSBA Human Resource Management major develops students’ skills in managing people and organizations effectively. It focuses on recruitment, training and development, labor relations, organizational behavior, compensation management, and HR policies.

Graduates are prepared to take on careers as HR specialists, recruitment officers, training and development managers, labor relations analysts, and consultants in both local and international organizations.
